If something is not right, contact us within three days of delivery so we can help.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn and returned with their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings may only be returned when defective or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect item

Share clear photographs and an unboxing video with your order number. Approved cases receive a replacement, store credit or refund.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary.
